【摘要】 根据某企业全国营销网络系统的建设经验，总结并提出了一种基于多种终端设备的事务处理系统模型，并展示了该模型的实际应用，讨论了模型的优点与不足之处。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a multi-device based transaction process system model according to the implementation of a country-wide selling system for a company. The application of the model is demonstrated, and the advantages and disadvantages of the model are discussed.
