【摘要】 经检索,中美合作项目TI&DSS是目前国内外Internet上最早的草坪方面的信息与决策支持系统,文中描述和分析了PHP+MySQL+Apache技术的特点,阐述了利用PHP+MySQL+Apache技术实现TI&DSS的过程。

【Abstract】 The cooperative project between China and America is the first Information&decision support system in the world by search.The technic’s trait on PHP+MySQL+Apache is described and analysed and the process accomplishing TI&DSS using PHP+MySQL+Apache is introduced in this paper.
