CMM在中国软件企业中的应用研究

【摘要】 CMM的应用已经从知识导入期进入研究和实施期,该文分析了我国软件组织的软件过程现状,和它们在实施CMM过程中存在的问题。同时根据SEI制订的IDEAL方法,结合笔者亲身经历的一个实施案例,探讨了我国软件企业实施CMM具体操作模型。

【Abstract】 Following the introduction of CMM knowledge,the process is coming to the step of applying CMM to practice.This paper carefully analyzes current situation of software process in Chinese software-producing companies,and the problems which people have met during applying CMM to pratice.This paper then supplies a model of using CMM and discusses the steps of CMM practice.
