用VB实现测控系统中工艺曲线显示和存储

【摘要】 利用VB数据库管理功能和Timer控件,实现了等离子体渗氮工艺测控系统中工艺参数的实时存储。利用Pic-ture控件,解决了工艺曲线显示问题。具体介绍了显示实时监测曲线和历史测控曲线的程序设计方法。

【Abstract】 Storage and display of plasma treatment technology curve are realized by using the database management ,Timer and Picture controls of VB.Program design of displaying real-time and historical technology curve are introduced.
