非晶态CoFeZr合金的制备及其微波吸收性能研究
Preparation of Amorphous Co-Based Alloy for Microwave-Absorber
【摘要】 采用机械合金化工艺 (MA)制备了非晶态CoFeZr材料 ,使用X射线衍射仪 (XRD)分析了其结构 ,用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )观察颗粒的形貌特征 ,采用微波网络矢量分析仪测量了试样的微波电磁参数 ;并研究了工艺条件和材料组分对所合成材料的结构、形貌特征以及微波电磁参数的影响 ;制得了形貌较均匀、粒度较均一的Co70 Fe2 0Zr10 非晶态材料 ,该材料在 2GHz点 ,μ′=4 2 6 ,μ″=4 2 2 ;最后用数值计算模拟方法得到了该材料在 2~ 18GHz的反射率曲线 ,结果表明该材料可以应用于吸波材料的设计和制备中。
【Abstract】 CoFeZr amorphous materials prepared by mechanical alloying(MA) were investigated.Microstructures of these alloys were analyzed by XRD and their morphology were observed by SEM.The results show that the characteristics of the amorphous materials mainly depend on MA conditions and alloy composition.Micron or sub-micron flake-like CoFeZr amorphous materials with narrow size distribution range and regular morphology were obtained.Microwave permeability of these alloys was further measured by Agilent 8722ES Vector Network Analyzer.The maximum values of μ ′ and μ ″ at 2 GHz were 4.26 and 4.22 respectively.Reflection coefficient of one-layer absorber(1mm thick) was numerically calculated.It shows that these novel materials could be used for microwave absorbers operating in the several GHz range.
