室温磁致冷材料成型研究
Study on the Shaping Methods of Room Temperature Magnetic Refrigerant Materials
【摘要】 本文讨论了磁致冷材料在磁致冷机中的使用 ,针对室温磁致冷材料要与换热流体进行快速、充分的热交换和现阶段开发研究的一些具有巨磁热效应的室温磁致冷材料多为金属间化合物的特点 ,分析比较了目前已有的一些磁致冷材料成型工艺方法的优缺点 ,介绍了一种新的成型工艺方法。
【Abstract】 The shaping methods and technology of magnetic refrigerant materials used in room temperature magnetic refrigerators are analysed and investigated,based on the request that magnetic refigerant materials could exchange heat rapidly and completely with liquid in use and the fact that room temperature magnetic refrigerant materials with the pro- perty of giant magnetocaloric effect effect which were developed and found recently are almost intermetallic compunds A new shaping method is presented.
