【Abstract】 Ribosomal DNA second internal transcribed spacer (rDNA ITS2) of Cx pipiens complex and Cx tritaeniorhynchus were sequenced.It was found that the variability of rDNA ITS2 sequences among the mosquitoes of Cx pipiens complex was overlapping between the interspecies and intraspecies.The results of molecular phylogenic analyses are not consistent with those of analyses using the morphological characteristics in subspecies.But there were obvious differences of the sequences between Cx pipiens complex and Cx tritaeniorhynchus.更多还原
