12Cr1 MoV钢连续冷却过程中P的晶界偏聚
Segregation of P at Grain-boundary of 12Cr1MoV Steel in Continuous Cooling Process
【摘要】 采用分步冷却工艺 ,研究了连续冷却过程中 12Cr1MoV钢中P的非平衡晶界偏聚过程 ,实际测得在 813K恒温 4 5h时 ,P在晶界的偏聚量为 4 1at% ,相应的理论计算等效时间te(813K) =4 2 5 5 8h时 ,P在晶界的偏聚量为 4 4at% ,表明实验结果与理论计算值相吻合。从而说明晶界偏聚的等效时间理论能很好地解释分步冷却工艺中P的非平衡晶界偏聚动力学和分步冷却工艺加速脆化的机理。
【Abstract】 By step cooling process, the non-equilibrium segregation process of P at grain-boundary of 12Cr1MoV steel in continuous cooling process is investigated. The measured value of segregation of P at grain-boundary is 4\^1 at % for the steel at 813K isothermal holding 45h, and the corresponding calculated result is 4\^4 at % while the effective time is 42\^558h. The results show that the experimental data accords with the calculated result. This indicates the theoretic segregation model at grain-boundary can be used to explain the dynamical segregation process of P at grain-boundary in step cooling process and the mechanism of accelerating embrittlement of step cooling.
