Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层制备与性能研究
Preparation and Behavior Study of Zn-Al-Cu Pseudo Alloy Coating
【摘要】 研究Zn Al Cu伪合金涂层的制备与性能 ,分析涂层组织成分、硬度以及光固化基体材料对涂层硬度的影响。研究发现 ,涂层中Al Cu Mg合金的原始成分越高 ,涂层硬度提高越明显 ;涂层硬度决定于涂层的组织和应力状态 ,其中应力状态又是决定涂层硬度非常显著的因素 ;间歇喷涂层的残余应力的绝对值最小 ,加工硬化效应最小 ,硬度较低
【Abstract】 The preparation and behavior of Zn Al Cu pseudo alloy coating in die & mould manufacturing by electro arc spraying are studied, and its structure, constituent, and the influence of SL building material on coating hardness are analyzed. The results indicate that coating hardness can be increased when the contents of Al, Cu and Mg in coating are higher than their preliminary composition in the Al Cu Mg alloy. The coating hardness is determined by its structure and especially the stress condition. The less the absolute value of residual stress in intermittent spraying is, the less the work hardening and hence the hardness is.
