【Abstract】 The physicists argue that great input and output must cause fluctuations in a closed container. After China’s entry of WTO, the whole nation will face shocks on economy, culture, system and technology from developed countries. Especially in the field of finance, with the intervening of foreign financial institutions and great increase of foreign capital input, concussions are inevitable. How to control the extent and strength of these concussions?
