【Abstract】 The establishment of China Banking Regulation Committee marks the beginning of the new stage of China’s financial system reform.Yet,the criminal cases in succession in banking in-dustry shows that only the administrative&judicial supervision and management are far from elim-inating such criminal cases.Therefore,in order to guard against financial risks,the degree of openness and the supervision over banking must be intensified.更多还原
