【Abstract】 The heat measuring is achieved by heat meter.The location of the heat meter affects the initial investment of the heat measuring and the credibility of measure data.The article analyzes in detail the problem of installing the heat meter and the heating power installation on the entrances.It suggests that in the buildings with more entrances the heat meter should be installed centrally.It also suggests that the heat meter for the building should be installed on the supplying water tubes and for the consumers could be installed on the supplying tubes or the backwater tubes,but the former should be selected for the priority.更多还原
