DNA电化学传感器的研制
The manufacture of DNA electrochemical sensor
【摘要】 在固定电压下,将单链DNA固定在活化的碳糊电极(CPE)表面,以电活性物质Co(bpy)3(ClO4)3为指示剂,研究了单链DNA电极(ssDNA/CPE电极)、双链DNA电极(dsDNA/CPE电极)的指示剂还原峰电流变化;并利用其差值(Δip)与互补DNA浓度成线性关系对待测DNA浓度进行定量,制成DNA电化学传感器,该传感器可用于特定DNA序列的识别和测定.
【Abstract】 ssDNA was fixed on the surface of CPE activated under constant potential. Co(bpy)3(ClO4)3 was used as electro-active indicator.The peak current of indicator on ss-DNA CPE electrode and ds-DNA CPE electrode were observed. The difference (Δip) between these was linearly related to concentration of complementary DNA. So it is used for quantification of specific DNA. Therefore, DNA electrochemical sensor can be used for the determination and recognition of specific sequence DNA.
