SP-K抗静电剂的合成及应用
The synthesis and application of SP-K antistatic agent
【摘要】 SP-K抗静电剂是一种季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂,主要用作聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯等塑料制品的静电消除剂,是用氯代十二烷与二乙醇胺反应制得烷基二乙醇胺后,再与硫酸二乙酯反应而制得的。其最佳反应温度为155~165℃,最佳反应时间为4h。与其它同类产品(如SH-105)相比,SP-K抗静电剂具有抗静电效果好、加工工艺方便、耐温性能好等特点。
【Abstract】 SP-K antistatic agent is a kind of quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, and is mainly used as the antistatic agent for products of PVC,PE and PET.SP-K a ntistatic agent is manufactured by the following steps:(1)lauryl chloride is rea cted with diethanolamine to give alkyl diethanolamine;(2)the alkyl diethanolamin e is then reacted with diethyl sulfate.The optimum reaction temperature is 155~ 165 ℃ and the optimum reaction time is 4 h.Compared with other same kind of pro duct,such as SH-105,SP-K antistatic agent has the characteristics of good antist atic effect,simple to process and good temperature resistance.
