【Abstract】 SP-K antistatic agent is a kind of quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, and is mainly used as the antistatic agent for products of PVC,PE and PET.SP-K a ntistatic agent is manufactured by the following steps:(1)lauryl chloride is rea cted with diethanolamine to give alkyl diethanolamine;(2)the alkyl diethanolamin e is then reacted with diethyl sulfate.The optimum reaction temperature is 155～ 165 ℃ and the optimum reaction time is 4 h.Compared with other same kind of pro duct,such as SH-105,SP-K antistatic agent has the characteristics of good antist atic effect,simple to process and good temperature resistance.更多还原
