【摘要】 教学仪器设备的成功招标采购,必须要建立相应的组织机构,制订必要的审核制度,有合理 的工作程序。

【Abstract】 Successful purchase of teaching instruments and equipments through public tenders lies in the establishment of relative offices, necessary examining regulations, and proper operation procedures.
