【摘要】 校本培训是 2 0世纪 80年代西方国家针对大学、进修院校的培训脱离中小学教育教学的实际而提出的 ,具有鲜明的特点和突出的优势 ,探索校本培训的新模式是构筑教师发展平台的关键所在

【Abstract】 School-based training,which was put forward in we stern countries in the 1980s against the disconnection of college and university trai ning with the actual educational situations of school teaching,has its marked fe atures and outstanding advantages.Probing into the new school-based training mo dels,according to this paper,is the key to the construction of teachers developm ent platforms.
