【摘要】 介绍了西门子S7-2 0 0系列PLC在大功率CO2 激光器控制系统中的应用 ,分别就其气压测控系统 ,电源与功率测控系统 ,温度测控系统和用户界面与安全、报警系统的PLC实现给出了技术方案及软件流程图。

【Abstract】 The application of S7-200 series PLC in the control of high power CO 2laser is introduced.We give the realization of technique schemes and software flow charts of the air pressure,power,temperature detecting and control system and the user interface,alarm,security system.
