几何形状对光子晶体光谱特性的影响

【摘要】 文中采用时域有限元近似法分析了几何形状以光子晶体光谱特性的影响 ,指出几何形状的微小变化将引起其光谱响应几百吉兆的频移 ,这在器件设计时是必须考虑的因素

【Abstract】 Impact of the geometry on the spectral properties of photonic crystal is analysed by finite-element,time-domain approach.Reflected and transmitted wave undergo a shift about 0.5μm has been pointed out because a small variation of the cell geometry.
