超细激光束准直器的原理与设计

【摘要】 提出一种用衍射光学器件产生超细准直激光束的方法。该方法具有设计、制造和装配简便等特点。介绍了器件设计的原理 ,给出了一种实用的设计方案和模拟结果。

【Abstract】 A method of using diffraction optical elements for generating an extra narrow laser beam is introduced,which has features of easy designing and making and assembling.The principle is described and a practical result of the design and the computer simulation results are given out.
