【摘要】 文章在对建筑企业人力资源的现状进行分析的基础上,对建筑企业人力资源的开发提出了几点建议。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyses of the status quo of human resources of building enterprises, the paper makes suggestions on the development of human resources of building enterprises.
