【摘要】 给出了一份LD同轴耦合图示仪,使LD同轴发射光耦合过程中,在进行X、Y、Z三维调整时,不仅观测同轴耦合光功率达到最大。而且实时观察P-I曲线,及时发现耦合过程中的扭折和抖动现象,并给予排除。这将极大提高产品的成品率。

【Abstract】 A graphic instrument is presented with which the operator can monitor the output power and the P-I graphs to ensure the maximum output power, to find and eliminate the wrest and jitter of output power during the coupling process when adjusting the laser diodes and fibers in 3-dimensions in order to greatly raise the productivity of finished products.
