【摘要】 通过对进口非标设备LLE-2500数控镀膜机电子枪高压电源EB-8的原理及故障诊断维修经难的简述,希望对进口设备的维修工作有借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Introduced the theory of electron beam power supply ( EB - 8 ) of imported LLK - 2500 evaporator. Reviewed the experience of failure diagnose and repair, hoped it be helpful for maintain and mend of imported equipment.
