【摘要】 目的　探讨P5 3家族新成员P6 3及P73在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况 ,以及在不同病理分级的表达变化。方法　采用免疫组化S -P方法检测 6 6例不同病理分级胶质瘤P6 3及P73蛋白的表达情况 ,与置换一抗的空白对照组比较 ,并同时进行组间对照。结果　P6 3及P73在 6 6例脑胶质瘤病人中明显表达 ,P6 3表达阳性率为 4 2 .4 2 % ,P73表达阳性率为 31.82 %。组间对照 :P6 3组II～IV级与I～II级比较P <0 .0 1;P73组III～IV级与I～II级比较P <0 .0 5 ,II～III级与I～II级比较 χ2 =2 .2 6 8,P>0 .0 5。结论　P6 3及P73作为P5 3家族的新成员可能是候选的抑癌基因更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of new members of P53 family, P63 and P73 in glioma and their change in different pathologic rank. Methods To assess the expression of P63 and P73 of 66 gliomas which have different rank with S-P method of IRA comparing to the placebo, and at the same time compare within the group. Results P63 and P73 are both expressed in two groups, the positive rate of P63 is 42.42%,the positive rate of P73 is 31.82%. Comparison between groups demonstrated that the II～IV rank and the I～II rank within P63 (P<0.01); the rank III～IV and rank I～II within P73 (P<0.05), in rank II～III and I～II the χ 2 is 2.268 (P>0.05). Conclusions P63 and P73, the new members of P53 family, may be the candidate of TSG.更多还原
