氯氮平所致脂质代谢异常与白介素6及其受体的关系

【摘要】 目的 了解氯氮平所致脂质代谢异常与白介素 6及其受体活性的关系。方法 采用自身对照研究 ,比较 30例精神分裂症患者氯氮平治疗前和 6周后胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)、白介素 6 (IL- 6 )及其受体 (sIL - 6R)水平的差异。结果 治疗后TC、TG、ApoB、IL - 6及sIL - 6R水平明显升高 ,其差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;TC与sIL - 6R呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;TG与IL - 6呈正相关(P <0 .0 5 ) ,与sIL - 6R呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;ApoB水平与IL - 6及sIL - 6R均无相关性。结论 氯氮平对白介素 6及其受体活性的影响可能是脂质代谢异常的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Relationship Between Clozapine-induced abnormal lipid metabolism, Interleukin-6 and its receptor sIL6R. Methods A self-control study was conducted, the difference of the levels were measured at the baseline and after treatment in 30 schizophrenic patients of cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and its receptor. Results The concentrations of Cholesterol, TG, ApoB, IL-6 and sIL-6R between the baseline and after treatment were different significantly(P<0.05).Cholesterol had positive correlation with sIL-6R (P< 0.01) . TG had positive correlation with IL-6 (P<0.05) and sIL-6R (P<0.01). ApoB had no correlation with IL-6 and sIL-6R. Conclusions The effects of clozapine on IL-6 and sIL-6R may result in Abnormal Lipid Metabolism.
