【摘要】 介绍了RH装置自动化系统的功能分配、数学模型的功能和过程控制系统中应用的智能控制方法。

【Abstract】 The function assignment of automatic system, mathematic model for process control and intelligent control method used in process control system of RH equipment were reviewed and discussed.
