【Abstract】 A cDNA encoding mature chicken interleukin-6(ChIL-6)was synthesized and amplified from mRNA isolated from spleen homogenates by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method.The gene was cloned and sequenced, showed high identity with the only published sequence of ChIL-6 in Gene Bank.更多还原
