【摘要】 目的　观察人小肠癌淋巴管的形态和分布 ,为小肠肿瘤的手术治疗提供形态学依据。方法　取手术切除的小肠癌肿块 ,石蜡包埋 ,切片 ,分组 ,分别以FN和TypeIVcollagen为一抗作免疫组织化学染色。结果　小肠癌肿块的周边区见到FN阳性和TypeIVcollagen阴性表达的毛细淋巴管 ,管壁极薄。结论　小肠癌灶的周边区存在淋巴管并发生形态改变更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the feature and distribution of lymphatics in intestinal tumor. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe lymphatics under microscope.Results Lymphatics showed positive to FN and negative to Type IV collagen; the wall of lymphatics was very thin.Conclusion There are lymphatics and morphological changes of lymphatics in periphery of tumor in intestine.更多还原
