吲哚—2—羧酸的合成工艺研究
A Synthesis process of 2-Indole Carboxylic Acid
【摘要】 以苯肼和丙酮酸乙酯为起始原料,利用多聚磷酸催化成环,合成了重要的医药中间体吲哚—2—羟酸。每步反应平稳,总收达到66%。
【Abstract】 2-indole carboxylic acid was synthesized by using phenyl hydrazine and ethyl pyruvate as starting materials. The cyclization condensation was catalyst by PPA. Every step of the reaction ran smoothly. The over-all yield reached 66%.
