方酸作桥联配体的双核铕螯合物的电致发光

【摘要】 利用方酸作为桥联配体合成了一种双核铕螯合物Eu2 (DBM) 4(Sq)Phen2 .用TPD作空穴传输材料、Eu2 (DBM ) 4(Sq) Phen2 作发光材料和载流子传输材料、8 羟基喹啉和铝 (AlQ)作电子传输材料 ,设计了不同电致发光器件结构 ,研究了器件的光电特性 ,结果表明Eu2 (DBM) 4(Sq)Phen2 是一种同时具有空穴和电子传输能力的红色电致发光材料 .在器件结构为ITO/TPD ,5 0nm/Eu2 (DBM) 4(Sq)Phen2 ,2 0nm/AlQ ,5 0nm/LiF ,1nm/Al,2 0 0nm时 ,获得了在 16V ,6 9mA下有最大亮度 91cd/m2 的电致发光器件

【Abstract】 A novel europium chelate, Eu 2(DBM) 4(Sq)Phen 2, which has a bridge ligand of squaric acid, was synthesized and used as organic electroluminescent materials. Five light-emitting diodes using TPD as hole-transporting material, Eu 2(DBM) 4(Sq)Phen 2 as emitting material, and AlQ as electron-transporting material were fabricated. The results indicate that this europium chelate possesses both hole-transporting and electron-transporting abilities. When the structure of device is ITO/TPD, 50 nm/Eu 2(DBM) 4(Sq)Phen 2, 20 nm/AlQ, 50 nm/LiF, 1 nm/Al, 200 nm, the maximum luminance of 91 cd/m 2 at 16 V was achieved.
