两亲8-氨基喹啉化合物的LB膜及其电致发光器件
Langmuir-Blodgett Films and Electroluminescent Devices of Amphiphilic 8-Aminoquinoline Derivatives
【摘要】 以 8 氨基喹啉为亲水头基合成了两亲配体 2 十二烷基丙二酸二 (8 氨基喹啉 )酰胺 (H2 A)的铜配合物 (CuA)。研究了H2 A、CuA在纯水亚相和H2 A在CuCl2 亚相表面的成膜性能。H2 A与亚相中的Cu2 + 发生配位形成了配合物 (Cu H2 A)。X射线光电子能谱表明 ,H2 A通过氮原子与Cu2 + 配位 ,配位比为 1∶1。CuA的成膜性能最好 ,其次是Cu \|H2 A。以H2 A、Cu H2 A和CuA的LB膜制备了三层电致发光器件 :ITO TPD LB膜 Alq3 Al,其起亮电压分别为 7 5、6 7和 6 5V ,最大亮度分别为 63 0、3 5 2和 3 76cd m2 ,电致发光光谱的发射峰分别为 5 0 3、5 1 0和 5 1 4nm。配合物较弱的电致发光性能归因于Cu2 + 的荧光淬灭作用
【Abstract】 A new amphiphilic ligand,N,N-bis(8-quinolinyl)dodecy1 propanediamide,H 2A,its complex with copper(CuA),and its monolayers have been prepared and formed.H 2A can form complex(Cu-H 2A) with Cu 2+ in subphase.XPS indicated the coordination ratio between H 2A and Cu 2+ was 1∶1.The stability of the Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) film of CuA was better than that of Cu-H 2A and H 2A.The three-layer electroluminescent(EL) devices, ITO/TPD/LB films/Alq 3/Al,were fabricated from the 15-layer LB films of H 2A, Cu-H 2A and CuA,respectively.The three devices showed turn-on voltages at 7.5,6.7 and 6.5V,highest luminances of 630,352 and 376 cd/m 2,EL peaks at 503,510 and 514nm,respectively.The weaker EL properties of complexes were due to the quenching effect of Cu 2+ on fluorescence of H 2A molecules.
