【摘要】 目的 :研究皮肤无毛对豫医无毛雌鼠的生殖、乳腺功能的影响。方法 :将无毛雌性小鼠与正常小鼠交配 ,统计胎次 ,妊娠 ,胎产子数 ,离乳数 ,离乳率。并与有毛雌鼠比较。结果 :无毛雌鼠卵巢发育正常 ,乳腺发育基本正常 ,但泌乳能力差异很大 ,功能正常的只有 30 % ,与有毛雌鼠相比 ,无毛雌鼠妊娠率 (2 3 %～ 70 % ) ,胎产子数(5 .3～ 6 .8)、离乳数 (0～ 1 .5只 )及离乳率均低 (0～ 2 6 % ) ,幼鼠死亡率高 (74.6 %～ 1 0 0 % )。结论 :皮肤无毛导致无毛小鼠泌乳能力、生产繁殖能力降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To study how the hairless gene affects the lactation ability of female hairless mice.Methods:The female hairless mice were crossed with male KM mice.The birth times and pregnancy were compared with those of normal mice.Results:The ovary and the mammary gland of hairless mice were normal,but the lactation different,and only 30% hairless mice were normal.Compared with hairy mice,the hairless neonates had a higher death rate(74.6%～100%). Conclusion:Being hairless may be the reason for lower lactation amount and procreation rate of hairless mice.更多还原
