【Abstract】 In this paper, the present pollution of nitrate in vegetables, influnce of NO3-N in soil and different nitrogenous fertilizer on forming and accumulation of nitrate in vegetables were expounded. The content of nitrate in vegetables was controled within a set quota by reducing nitrogenous fertilizer by Applying more orgnic fertilizer, getting additional phosphate fertilizer, Potash fertilizer and rare-earth fertilizer, strictly commanding gathering period and the last interval of applying fertilizer.更多还原
