ESR基因在猪产仔数选育中的应用研究

【摘要】 采用PCR-RFLPs方法对114头长白猪,101头大白猪,32头杜洛克猪的ESR基因型进行多态性检测,并对不同品种进行遗传分析,为培育高产品系的猪群奠定基础.

【Abstract】 This study shows that the ESR(estrogen receptor) gene is one of the major genes affecting The litter size trait in pigs, without any genetic negative correlation to the growth and carcass traits. It has high value in the pig breeding program. The polymorphism of the ESR gene by PCRRFLPs and 247 pigs (Landrace ,Large white and Duroc are 114, 101 and 32, respectively ) from Wens Group Company are typed in ESR locus. The correlation between the litter size and the ESR gene is analysed by using a linear model. No significant difference between three genotype is found because of the number of the samples.
