【摘要】 目的　探讨培养时间对Etest检测酵母菌对抗真菌药物敏感性的影响。方法　以ATCC 90 0 2 8白色念珠菌为标准菌株 ,NCCLSM 2 7-A为对照方法 ,用Etest检测酵母菌对抗真菌药物的敏感性 ,把研究菌株分别培养 2 4、4 8、72h ,观察培养时间对结果的影响。结果　经试验表明假丝酵母菌宜培养 2 4～ 4 8h判断结果 ,酵母菌 (红酵母、隐球菌 )宜培养 72h判断结果。结论　Etest检测酵母菌对抗真菌药物敏感性值得在临床推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of incubating time to the E test for antifungal susceptibility testing of yeast. Methods The antifungal susceptibility of yeast was detected by E test. Difference of results was observed after incubating 24 h? 48 h and 72 h. Results Candida was suit to observe result after incubated 24～48 hours and 72 hours for neoformans. Rh. Rubra or other yeast. Conclusion This study indicated that the antifungal susceptibility by E test significant to perform in hospital.更多还原
