【摘要】 目的:了解综合性医院住院病人心理障碍的临床特征,并探讨开展心理护理的临床价值。方法:随机抽取内科、外科、妇产科住院1～3 d的病人100例,在专业人员统一指导下完成SCL-90、SDS、SAS测试。分析临床各科住院病人心理障碍的特征,并依据其心理特征开展心理护理。2周后再次进行SCL-90、SDS、SAS测试,与心理护理前自身比较对照研究。结果:各临床科室住院病人心理障碍发生率为30.9％、有抑郁症状占54.6％,有焦虑症状占35％。心理护理2周后SCL-90各因子分和SDS、SAS均有明显的下降,具有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合性医院住院病人的各种心理障碍发生率较高,在积极配合医生治疗的同时开展心理护理,不仅有利于病人不良情绪的改善,而且有益于病人躯体症状的恢复,有助于病人的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To study the character of psychological disorder in hospitalization patients in general hospital and discuss the value of applying psychological nursing care to them. Method: 100 patients who were admitted to general hospital from day one to day three were asked to take SGL-90, SDS-SAS test under the guide of professional staffs.The character of psychological disorder was analysed and the nursing intervention was given to individual according to the test.The patients were asked to take the same test after two weeks again then compared the differencs.Results:The incidence of psychologucal disorder of in - patient was 30.9% , depression was 54.6% , anxiety was 35% .The SQL-90, SDS and SAS test result was reduced.There was significant meaning (P<0.01) . Conclusion: The incidence of psychological disorder of patient in - hospital was high. Apply psychological nursing care to those patient is not only change patients’ mood but also improve patients’ recovery from illness.更多还原
