【Abstract】 At present , the conflicts between the Police and the Procuratorate sometimes give rise to dilemma which basic task of criminal action can not be accomplished efficiently and accurately. In order to solve the dilemma, new model of the relation between the Police and the Procuratorate, the system of prosecution guiding investigation is proposed. This article demonstrates the realistic value of the system of prosecution guiding investigation according to theory of criminal action,and further attempts to define the system of prosecution guiding investigation.更多还原
