大庆滞洪区工程在建设生态环境中的作用

【摘要】 大庆滞洪区工程适当蓄水,对缓解大庆用水、保护湿地具有重要意义。着重提出实现滞洪区蓄水需要解决的问题。

【Abstract】 To store water properly of the detention besin engineering is provided with inportant meanings for delay to use water in Daqing and protecting damp places.This paper raised emphatically to solve the problems of storing water at the detention basin.
