【摘要】 研究了具有益气健脾摄血功效的消红散对实验性肾小球肾炎小鼠红细胞免疫粘附因子的影响。结果表明 ,该方能直接兴奋RBC上的C3b受体 ,增强红细胞免疫粘附活性 ,并且使C3b受体的数目增加 ,促使红细胞清除免疫复合物 ,减少在肾小球基底膜沉积 ,从而缓解炎症或CIC介导的病理过程。说明消红散是治疗GN的一种良好的中药更多还原

【Abstract】 Glomerulonephritis is a disease of immunity.With development of the immunlogy,people have realized that the disease has related to the adjustment of immunity. Studied internal effects of Xiaohongsan which has effects of Qi supplementing,spleen strengthening and blood collecting on function of RBC immune-adhesion factor of mice with GN.The results showed that Xiaohongsan can stimulate C 3b receptor of RBC to reinforce red cellular immunity adhesive activity directly and increase the number of C 3b receptor, impel erythrocyte to remove immune complex,decrease CIC to deposit in renal corpuscle basement membrane,alleviate inflammation or CIC which lead to the pathlogic course.It can be suggested that Xiaohongsan is a kind of good traditional Chinese medicine for GN.更多还原
