【摘要】 目的 :适时把握住院病人告知书的应用时机 ,指导护士规范而有效地实施告知义务。方法 :重视告知书内容的设计和应用前护士的培训 ,护士做好充分的心理准备和知识准备 ,在病人及家属处于良好心理状况下适时告知住院相关知识。结果 :与告知书应用前相比 ,住院宣教效率和病人对住院制度的依从性提高 ,病人满意率提高 11.5 %,病人住院知识知晓率提高 17.9%,P <0 .0 1,差异有显著意义。结论 :当护士对住院告知有充分的心理准备和知识准备 ,并且病人及家属具有接受知识的良好心态时 ,是住院病人告知书应用的最佳时机更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of the study was to examine the appropriate time and approach to inform in-patients and direct nurses to conduct it efficiently. Method:The designing of notification and the training of nurses were essential and nurses’ adequate psychological and knowledgeable preparations were the key point. The nurses informed in-patients and their families of knowledge about hospitalization when they were at good psychological conditions. Result:The efficiency of hospitalization propaganda and in-patients’ obedience to hospital rules increased, the rate of satisfaction and hospitalization knowledge up by 11.5% and 17.9% significantly, P < 0.01.Conclusion:The best opportunity of notification was that when nurses had adequate preparations of hospital notification at respect of psychology and knowledge, and in-patients and their families were at a good state of mind to accept the relative knowledge.更多还原
