【摘要】 目的 :促进各项规章制度的落实 ,提高病人满意度 ,提高社会效益 ,提高护士专科护理水平及素质。方法 :早会后护士长带领全科护士巡视病人 ,了解每一位病人的病情、心理变化及需求 ,及时为病人解决实际问题 ,加强对病人的健康教育。检查各项规章制度落实情况 ,检查护士文明礼貌 ,检查夜班护士的工作 ,指导护士业务。结果 :各项规章制度落实。结论 :护理查房可提高病人满意度 ,并促进护士的专科护理水平及素质的提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of the study was to conduct the regulations, to improve the patients’ satisfaction, to enrich the society beneficial results, enhance the nurses’ special nursing care ability and quality. Method: The head nurses directed the nurses at the department to inspect the wards, to know every patient’s progress, psychological status and needs, resolve their problems, and to provide their health education. It also included checking the every item of the service according the regulations, evaluating the service actions, the night-position nurses’ work and their special knowledge. Conclusion: It was suggested that nursing inspection should improve the patient’s satisfaction, enhance the nurses’ special nursing care ability and quality.更多还原
