【Abstract】 The preparation and influencing factors of the polysaccharides matrix sustainedrelease tablets of puerarin and the process of the tablet were studied. The optimal formulation was found using orthogonal experiment design. The decreasing rate was caused by direct compression. Some kinds of wetting agents influenced the properties of the dry granules and the release rate was sensitive to the hardness of PUE tablet. The content and degree of deacetylation of chitosan (CS) and the viscosity of alginate sodium (AL) had significant effects; whereas the density of CS and the granularity of AL had some influence on the release rate.更多还原
