【摘要】 目的 :探讨高频电套切大肠息肉的临床应用价值。方法 :应用高频电圈套器 ,在电子结肠镜下摘除大肠息肉。结果 :共电切大肠息肉 2 5 2枚 ,单发 74例 ,多发 5 8例 ,大小以 1cm以下为多 ,部位多在直肠、乙状结肠。结论 :该方法安全、有效、简单、易操作 ,已成为消化道息肉的道选治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evallicate the clinicaL value of electric current of the high-fregueney in excision of polyps of the large intestine.Results: 132 patients with palyps of the large intestine were treated by using snare of electric current of the high-fregueney under endoscopy.Methods: 252 foci with polyps of the large intestine were treated(alone exist:74 patients;multiple:58 patients).polyps are not more than 1cm in the size.The rectum and sigmoid is the most common location. Conclusion: The therapy is safe and effective and the easy mothod to operate,it is recommend in the gastrointestinal tract.更多还原
