电子束固化AS4纤维增强复合材料研究
Study on the electron beam curing composites reinforced by AS4 carbon fiber
【摘要】 研究了电子束固化EB99-1环氧树脂及其AS4碳纤维增强复合材料。EB99-1树脂基体具有较好的工艺性和力学性能,固化收缩率小,吸湿率低,耐热性较好。研究表明,AS4/EB99-1复合材料可以在91℃(200F)湿态条件下使用,其综合力学性能达到了国外同类材料的水平,优于热固化T300/4211复合材料的性能。
【Abstract】 The properties of epoxy resin matrix EB99-1 and its composites reinforced by AS4 carbon fiber were investigated. EB99-1 resin possesses excellent processing property, good mechanical property, low cure shrinkage, low moisture content, and good heat resistance. The result show, AS4/EB99-1 composites can be used at 91℃ on the hygrothermal condition. The comprehensive mechanical properties of AS4/EB99-1 composites are more excellent than thermal curing T300/4211 composites.
