【摘要】 目的:研究BD系列天然澄清剂在中药口服液一刺五加脑灵液提取工艺中的澄清。方法:对澄清条件进行优化选择,用醇沉法的效果进行比较,并用比色法测定刺五加总黄酮的含量。结果:最佳的澄清条件为:澄清剂的用量为5A₂、5B₁,提取液的浓度为生药:水（1:4）。刺五加总黄酮的含量增加20％。结论:BD系列天然澄清剂澄清效果好,成本低,可以代替醇沉法用于中药口服液的精制,具有较好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To clarify Ciwujia Naoling Ye decoction via natural clarifying agent of BD kinds.Methods:The clarifying conditions were optimized.The results were compared with that of ethanol subsiding method and the total flavone content of Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi was determined by colorimetry.Results:The optimized conditions were:SA2.5B₁ natural clarifying agent of BD kinds was added,concentration of decoction was Chinese Medicinal Materi- als—water（1:4,g:v）.The total flavone content increased by 20％over the ethanolsubsiding method.Conclusion:Natural clarifying agent of BD kinds was efficient on the clarification of Ci- wujia Naoling Ye.It can replace ethanol subsiding method and is promising in the field of refining water—extraction liquid of Chinese herbal medicines.更多还原
