【摘要】 此文分析了AIS实施过程中存在的船位安全、VHF通信、系统的可靠性及与ARPA信息融合等问题,并从技术和法规角度提出了解决这些问题的一些设想。

【Abstract】 The paper analyses in details the issues about ship position security, VHP communication, sytem reliability and integration of ARPA during the implementation, and presents the methods for improvement from the angle of technology and regulation.
