【摘要】 高等教育要适应时代和社会的发展,必然需要一支高素质的教师队伍。分析高校教师队伍素质建设的紧迫性,指出新时期的高校教师队伍应有良好的素质结构体系,它包括良好的心理素质、较强的创新能力、广博精深的文化素质、自觉参与竞争和终身不断学习的素质等;据此,提出了应通过大力加强师德建设和改革管理体制、创造良好的学术环境,以及重视青年教师培养和切实改善教师待遇条件等途径来不断强化高校教师队伍的素质建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessary to build a high-quality teaching body in institutions of higher learning so that our high-education can keep up with the times. With the coming of knowledge economy, teachers in institutions of higher learning should possess such basic qualities as good psychological diathesis, ability to innovate, a wide range of knowledge, voluntary participation in competition and life-long acquisition of new knowledge. The basic measures to be taken are to enhance ideological and ethical building and innovate the administrative system of the faculty so as to create a lively and invigorating academic atmosphere. The growth of young teachers should be taken as the strategic emphasis of sustainable development and efforts should be made to improve the living standard and working condition of the faculty at college.更多还原
