昆虫脑中蕈形体功能的研究进展

【摘要】 蕈形体是昆虫脑中重要的感觉整合中心。多年来 ,在行为学、生理学、遗传学和解剖学等方面对蕈形体的功能进行了大量的研究 ,结果表明 ,它不仅在昆虫的嗅觉辨别、求偶调节和视觉学习的前后概括等学习和记忆功能中扮演重要角色 ,而且还参与进攻行为和控制行走活性等机械运动的调节。此外 ,蕈形体还可能与昆虫的空间定位学习和觅食行为有关。主要对近几年来有关蕈形体在上述功能方面的研究作简要综述

【Abstract】 The mushroom bodies are the major center of sensory integration in the insect brain. A great number of studies, including behavioral, electrophysiological, genetic and anatomical experi-ments, have been made on the functions of mushroom bodies in the past years. Results show that mushroom bodies have played an important role not only in the insect’s learning and memory, such as olfactory discrimination, courtship conditioning and context generalization in visual learning, but also in controlling locomotor activity, e.g. aggression and walking activity. In addition, it is likely that they are also involved in spatial learning and foraging behaviors of the insect. A brief review on the functions of mushroom bodies is made in this paper with emphasis laid on the recent advancements in studies of this field.
