【摘要】 以水淬高炉炉渣为原料 ,成功地在低温下熔融并转化成工业用硅灰石。实验表明 :炉渣与石英砂的质量比为 4∶1,在 12 5 0℃下熔化 90min ,10 5 0℃晶化处理 12 0min ,硅灰石结晶转化率达 93% ,与传统合成方法比较节约成本35 %左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The furnace slag chilled with water can be melted at low temperature and be converted to wollastonite.The results showed that the crystallization conversion rate could reach 93% in the ratio slag∶quartz=4∶1,melting 90minutes at 1 250℃,crystalizing 120minutes at 1 050℃?It could save cost about 35%,compared with traditonal methods.更多还原
