糖蜜酒精废液的中和——絮凝处理研究

【摘要】 采用石灰乳中和糖蜜酒精废液 ,对中和后的废液的絮凝处理进行了研究。结果表明 ,在所考察的有机高分子絮凝剂中 ,相对分子质量为 60 0~ 90 0万的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺 (PHP— 2 )的絮凝沉降效果最好 ,较适宜的操作参数 :pH=8.0 0 ,投药量 =0 .9mg/L废水 ,搅拌速度 =2 0 0r/min ,搅拌时间为 6min。在该操作条件下将PHP— 2与PAC(聚合氯化铝 )进行复配 ,结果显示复配后的矾花颗粒增大 ,沉降速度明显加快 ,当PAC投加量为 3 0mg/L废水 时 ,5~ 7min能将悬浮物基本沉降完全

【Abstract】 In this paper,the flocculation treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater,which has been neutralized by milk of lime,is studied.The result shows that,among all the organic polymer flocculant that have been studied,the anionic polyacrylamide (PHP-2)(molecular weight ranges from 6 million to 9 million) has the best precipitating effect.The best operating parameters are:the pH value:8.00;the chemicals feeding quantity of PHP-2:0.9 mg/L wastewater,the time of stirring:6 minutes;the speed of stirring:200 rpm.Moreover,when polyalumina (PAC) is added into the system,the flocs become bigger and the precipitating speed is accumulated obviously.And when the PAC feeding quantity amounts 30 mg/L wastewater,the suspended solids will be precipitated in 5-7 minutes.
