【摘要】 文章从分析生态城市建设的理论基础及内涵出发,论述了我国生态城市建设的思路和原则,提出生态城市建设应以可持续发展思想为理论基础,以城市整体环境优化为目标,以社会全面发展为核心,以城市经济健康协调发展为重点,以法律、行政、经济、文化教育等为主要手段,坚持城市建设、经济增长、社会发展和生态平衡之间相互协调,最终实现城市环境质量与生活质量的全面提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essay first analyses the connotation and the theoretical foundation of the ecological city ’s construction ,and then explains the thought and principles of China’s construction of the ecological city, next suggests the construction of the ecological city should be theoretically based on the thought of sustainable development,be aimed at the city’s wholly environmental optimization, be focused on the society’s allround development and be emphasized by the healthy development of the city’s economy, mainly by means of law,administration,economy and culture education, in order to keep up one another’s harmonious development between city construction, economic growth, social development and the balance of nature,and finally realize the overall improvment of city’s environmental quality and the standards of living.更多还原
